Swedish Meat Balls

3 pounds ground beef prepared like meat loaf
2 jars chili sauce
1 10-ounce jar grape jelly
1 cup sour cream
Form meat loaf into 2-inch balls and brown in skillet.
Drain off excess fat and set aside.
Simmer chili sauce and grape jelly.
Add meat balls and simmer 30 - 40 minutes.
Just before serving add sour cream and blend well.
Serve warm.
