Evelyn's Sour Cream Cookies
2 cups sifted all purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon orange extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1 egg, well beaten

Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cooky sheet.
Bake in 400° oven 10 minutes.
While still warm put together with tart jelly.
Makes 5 dozen.
