Martha Crane's Chocolate Fudge Icing
2 ounces grated chocolate
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons lard
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt
Bring to boil these ingredients then boil 2 minutes, cool and add:
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 cup nuts
1/4 cup nuts
Beat till thick.
