Million Dollar Fudge

2 tablespoons butter
4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large can (13 ounces) Pet evaporated milk
1 12-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 12-ounce package German sweet chocolate
2 8-ounce jars marshmallow cream
2 cups coarsely broken nuts
Combine butter, sugar, salt, and milk and bring to a boil.
Cook and stir constantly for 6 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine in a large bowl the chocolate chips, German sweet chocolate (broken into small pieces), marshmallow cream and nuts.
Pour the boiling syrup over the ingredients in the bowl and beat until the chocolate is melted.
Pour into a buttered pan (jelly roll).
Let stand a few hours before cutting into 1" to 1 1/2" squares.
