Wacky Cake (no cholesterol)

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup cold water
Pre-heat oven to 350°.
Sift dry ingredients into an UNGREASED 9" x 9" pan.
Make a well in the center and pour oil, vinegar, vanilla and water into it.
Mix well with fork until smooth.
Bake at 350° for 25 or 30 minutes.
Spread with Chocolate Frosting. (see below)

Chocolate Frosting

3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons soft butter or margarine
2 tablespoons hot coffee
Sift cocoa and sugar together.
Add melted butter and hot coffee.
Beat until thick and smooth.
Spread over cool cake.
