Brunch Casserole
6 slices bread (crusts removed)
3/4 pound shaved ham or cooked sausage
1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
3 cups milk
4 eggs
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 - 2 teaspoons Lawry's Salt
dash Worchestershire sauce
dash nutmeg
1 1/2 cups corn flakes
butter

Place bread on bottom of greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
Arrange shaved ham on top of bread.
Cover with grated cheddar cheese.
Beat milk, eggs, dry mustard, Lawry's Salt, dash of Worcestershire sauce, and dash of nutmeg.
Pour over above; cover and refrigerate over night.
Next a.m., saute corn flakes in butter and sprinkle over top.
Bake uncovered 50 - 60 minutes at 325°.
