Forgotten Chicken

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cups of minute rice
1 soup can of milk
1 chicken, cut in pieces (or any combination of chicken pieces, i.e. all drumsticks, thighs, etc.)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix first four ingredients together in 9" x 13" pan.
Salt chicken and lay on top of rice mixture.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours (I cover it with foil during entire baking time to keep it moist because I remove the chicken skin before baking).
