1 pound ground chuck, salt and pepper to taste
1 medium size onion, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1/8 pound Velveeta cheese, diced (Cheddar won't work)
1 can tomato soup
1 box elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Dash or two Worcestershire Sauce

Brown beef, onion and green pepper.
Drain grease.
Add Velveeta cheese to meat mixture.
Stir carefully until melted.
Add tomato soup and Worcestershire Sauce.
Simmer about 5 minutes.
Add macaroni and simmer 15 minutes.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese, green salad and garlic bread.
