Kielbasa And Cabbage
1 medium head cabbage
6 slices bacon
1 medium onion chopped
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 teaspoons caraway seed
1 pound Kielbasa, sliced

1 pound Kielbasa, sliced
Cut cabbage into small wedges.
In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp; remove.
Add cabbage, onion, sugar, water and spices to drippings in skillet.
Cook covered over medium heat 10 - 15 minutes.
Add Kielbasa.
Cover and cook 10 - 15 minutes more or until Kielbasa is heated.
Garnish with crumbled bacon.
