Texas Red Chili

2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup molasses
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 - 2 cloves garlic
1 pinch, red pepper crushed
1 large can tomato sauce
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chiles
1 large can pinto beans
1 can refried beans
1 large can tomatoes
1 cup water
Brown ground beef with onion, salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients to browned meat and onion.
Simmer 1 hour or more.
Add more water if necessary.
